Service Description
At Hutchings Safety, we offer comprehensive in-house baseline audiometric testing services to evaluate your hearing health. Our testing process, conducted by certified audiometric technicians, takes approximately 45 minutes in a comfortable and controlled environment. Book your appointment today to ensure your hearing health is thoroughly monitored and maintained. Please note that an additional fee of $50 may apply if a referral to a registered audiologist is needed.
Cancellation Policy
Hutchings Safety 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that occasional situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we are able to accommodate all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, we will provide a full refund of the scheduled service(s) cost. Less Than 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice but more than 12 hours' notice, we will provide a 50% refund of the scheduled service(s) cost. Less Than 12 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment and we are unable to accommodate you on the same day, you will be subject to cancellation fees as outlined above. Methods of Communication: Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment must be made via phone call (403-226-8534) or email (cancellations@hutchingssafetyservices.com). Exceptions: We understand that emergencies or unavoidable situations can happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
